The original barrel had leaked. Gilles decided to rerack into a quarter cask Oloroso sherry. So in this edition, there are a lot of notes of Oloroso then displays hints of lemon and pineapple with a slight aniseed and smokey finish. This textured single malt whisky displays hints of lemon and pineapple with a slight aniseed and smokey finish.
