BOTTLE-O BROS MARKETING AGREEMENT

This Marketing Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature by and between:

Bottle-O Bros Pty Ltd - ABN: 46 670 302 075  ("Company"), located at 5/137 Heritage Way, Glen Alpine NSW 2560, and ("The Client"). Which will be stipulated directly below.

1. Scope of Agreement

Bottle-O Bros agrees to provide marketing and promotional services to the Client for the agreed-upon alcoholic beverage product(s) ("Product") across all Australian states and territories in compliance with federal and state liquor advertising regulations.
