This is a medium-bodied Mornington Peninsular wine with delicate, yet subtle grape variety flavours. The tongue has a traditional viscous pinot grigio viscosity, balanced with flavours of pear, apple, and hints of tropical fruits, with complex lifted aromas of pear, guava, and passionfruit, as well as undertones of blood oranges. A hint of spice on the mid-palate complements the flavours and blends with a refreshing acidity to provide a clean finish.
