The bouquet of the Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon shows lifted aromas of raspberries, sandalwood and hints of vanilla leading to a generous palate of fresh cherries, cassis and subtle dark chocolate. The fruit is balanced by fine tannins that taper to a soft finish. This wine will benefit from short term cellaring to add complexity through tannin integration. Age 5-10 years.
