Chemin des Sables is made from a rigorous selection of the very best terroirs in the IGP Mediterranee areas. Vinification is done according to traditional methods. On arrival at the cellar, the grapes are pressed immediately to guarantee a light, fresh style and are then left to ferment at a low temperature in order to keep the maximum fruit character.
 
Chemin des Sables is a wine with a delightful pale powder pink robe. This rose is very aromatic with citrus and strawberry notes. It really shows its personality on the palate through its lovely aromatic intensity and a thirst­ quenching freshness. It is the ideal accompaniment to BBQ food, but also fish dishes, salads and even chocolate truffles.
