A quuintessential example of the region, the Dar Knight Coonwarra Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, ripe berry and minty leaf characteristics, well integrated with fine vanillin oak notes. Deep cherry red in colour with a chrimson hue. Firm velvety tannins provide length and structure, creating a wonderful lingering pallate.
