Doorly's X.O rum is a unique rum from the parish Saint Philip in Barbados. A blend of rums aged six to twelve years, married in seasoned Oloroso sherry casks, the same casks that give several notable Scotch whiskies their deep colour, and dried fruit & nut flavours.
