OCHO is the first +vintage+ tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family-grown agaves were sourced. Each batch comes from  a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place. Once that field's agaves have been used, there can be no more tequila from that field for about 8 years. This tequila comes from the Jalisco Highlands and boasts a soft sweetness and cooked agave notes.
