A Japanese single malt from the Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima. Made entirely from malted barley, double-distilled, then matured in bourbon casks and finished for 18 months in Sauternes wine casks.
Nose: Honey, apple, cinnamon.
Palate: Custard, banana and pear.
Finish: Long, marked by honey and ripe fruits.
Bottled uncoloured and non-chill filtered
