Distilled on the 1,100-acre Star Hill Farm estate in Loretto, Kentucky, this whisky is more than a new expression — it’s a statement of innovation, sustainability, and terroir-driven craftsmanship.
 
This whisky is the result of Maker’s commitment to regenerative agriculture. The mashbill eliminates corn entirely, blending two wheat-forward recipes: one of 70% soft red winter wheat / 30% malted barley, and another of 100% malted wheat.
