Makes 8+ Premium Whiskey Sour cocktails
Kit contains:
1x Angels Envy Bourbon 750ml (ABV: 43.3%)1x Cawseys Sugar Syrup 700ml
1x Angostura Bitters 200ml
1x Aquafab Aquafaba 500ml
You'll need:Lemon juice
Ice
Orange for garnish
Method:* Add 60ml of bourbon, 30ml of fresh lemon jusice, 60ml aquafaba, and 15ml simple syrup to the shaker without ice.
* Dry shake to generate froth
* Add ice to a second shaker, pour cocktail in and shake to chill ensuring outside of shaker starts to freeze over indicating that your cocktail is properly cold
* Strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and finish with 2-3 drops of Angostura bitters
